Giveaway Rules

These Giveaway Rules apply to all giveaways hosted by Shadow Kissed Publishing, unless otherwise stated in a specific giveaway announcement.

 

Eligibility

  • Open to participants aged 18 years or older

  • Void where prohibited or restricted by law

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win

 

How to Enter

Entry methods will be clearly outlined in each individual giveaway and may include actions such as:

  • Subscribing to a newsletter

  • Completing an entry form

  • Following or engaging with Shadow Kissed Publishing on social media

 

Only entries completed in accordance with the stated instructions will be considered valid.

 

Prizes

  • Prize details will be specified in each giveaway announcement

  • Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash

  • Digital prizes will be delivered electronically

 

Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners are selected at random unless otherwise stated

  • Winners will be notified via email or the platform used to enter

  • If a selected winner does not respond within the stated timeframe, another winner may be chosen

 

Newsletter & Communications

Where permitted by law, entering a giveaway may result in being added to the Shadow Kissed Publishing mailing list, managed through Kit (formerly ConvertKit).

 

You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in every email.

 

ARC & Promotional Copies

If a giveaway includes ARC or promotional copies:

  • Materials are provided for personal use only

  • Content must not be shared, uploaded, or redistributed in any form

  • Reviews are appreciated but never required, unless explicitly stated

 

Privacy

Personal information collected for giveaways is used solely to administer the giveaway and communicate with participants, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

General Conditions

Shadow Kissed Publishing reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or cancel a giveaway at any time

  • Disqualify entries that do not comply with these rules

  • Substitute prizes of equal value if necessary
